





Our client wanted to become a key player in the online pharmacy market place. Peppercorn were commissioned to create a brand experience that was better than the current offerings and also different.



We immediately realised the strengths of the key players in this field and we also noted their failings. The most popular sites were certainly full of product but they were short on information, communication and compassion.

We set out to create a fun, friendly and sympathetic pharmacy web site with the emphasis on life style and customer needs. Natcol is far more than simply a cold online warehouse.



During development we achieved our second target, which was to make the user experience better. Working with local authorities, the Natcol database not only contains over 80,000 products, but they are all related to one or more symptoms. Users can search by product or symptom delivering a far more useful and dynamic experience.

Natcol has been deployed to a dedicated server which is ready for expansion at any time.
