Peppercorn’s brief was to build an online brand that could dominate the property portal market in the emerging markets of UAE, starting with Dubai. The site needed to match up investors with developers and regional agents wishing to market their property stock to a worldwide audience. A flexible, yet dependable approach to property data search, import and management would be required.
In depth analysis of the site’s varied targeted users and their needs culminated in a site structure that would allow investors to efficiently search through large property stock , not only Dubai, but also across Abu Dhabi, Qatar and Bahrain.
As well as creating an immediately recognizable UAE branded logo, Peppercorn’s experienced design studio visualized a intuitive platform for easy and intuitive information navigation. The creative team designed both interfaces for investor search and results, and also agent property data management areas.
The development teams most demanding task was to ensure the regular and efficient update of property stock information from many different sources. This was achieved through XML data connections with agents own web sites and other property portals, allowing immediate and low cost data propagation from agent’s own property databases directly to the site. This was vital to the sites success in providing up to date property information in the rapidly changing property markets of the UAE.
Deployment of site was coupled with an intensive search engine optimization campaign and close integration with other property portals which precipitated Dubaipropertysearch.net massive success throughout the middle east property market, providing hundreds of agents across the region with a powerful marketing tool that has generated thousands of good quality sales and rental leads.
